New Horizons in Education is intended as a bilingual [English and Chinese] forum to stimulate and enhance professional development and practice in education. We publish papers that speak directly to practical school and classroom concerns as well as articles that are based on systematic inquiries into educational issues and practices. We also report studies of new developments and innovative ideas tried out in schools. Our journal is subscribed by teachers and educators, kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, and university libraries. Readers from 65 different countries around the world can also access our journal by internet. Authors and reviewers mainly come from 10 different countries [Australia, Canada, China, Japan, Macau, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, UK, USA] besides Hong Kong.
