Our journal will launch a special issue [Vol.55, No.3] in electronic form in December 2007. The theme of the issue is Creativity and Education. We have invited Profs. David CHAN (Chinese University of Hong Kong, davidchan@cuhk.edu.hk) and YUE Xiao Dong (City University of Hong Kong, ssxdyue@cityu.edu.hk) to be the guest co-editors.

Another special issue [Vol.56, No.3] about [Problem-based and e-learning innovations across contexts] will also be launched in December 2008. We have invited Dr. Tan Oon Seng (Head of the Psychological Studies Academic Group, National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University; ostan@nie.edu.sg) to be the Guest Editor.

Authors who are interested in the topic are welcome to send in their manuscripts for review. The review process, similar to that of the regular issues, will be handled by the guest co-editors directly. Please consult the section [For Contributors] to prepare your manuscript and approach the guest co-editors directly.
